How long do insurance claims usually take?

So when the person is at fault and not trying to justify against that, how long for a parked car Collison would Kemper take to complete. Its been since June, im just hoping i get a payout by atleast feb

@hepzibah12 It kind of takes however long it takes. But if you're the owner of the parked car, and you're the only other car involved, this shouldn't be taking all that long. Kemper definitely owes you an explanation for the delay at the very least. States have laws that govern how long an insurance company has to settle a claim, but it also gives them excuses for delays to investigate.
