Hi Rise Condo Repair

I own some units in a high rise condo (20 floors). The building HVAC system has reached its end of life, and needs to be replaced. Once this is replaced, could any drywall work (related to the project) be claimed through insurance?

@sierra98loveretail No, this isn't going to be a covered event. Repairing something that is broken isn't something unforeseeable. If you read your policy, you'll find that this kind of thing is excluded.
