Hi r/FinancialPlanning, me and my wife are trying to get a loan

We are trying to get a loan for a peice of property that has 2 single wide trailers on it. We can't find any loan offices that will give us a loan for it. I more than qualify for whatever loan we need, but we cannot find the correct type of loan. Please, help.

Apparently not, since nobody is offering you any loans.

A mortgage broker should be able to identify suitable providers for you, but can't make you eligible for a loan if you aren't.

@clothilde Like I said, I myself am eligible for an FHA loan, but the property itself does not qualify.

We just need help finding the proper loan for the property.

@ngie Probably gonna have to just get a personal loan for that one....

@helexzy We finally found a lender and got pre-approved for a conventional loan.
