Help with deciding on Job Offer/Counteroffer

@sammynq5 The vest majority of people who take a counter offer are gone within a year. Do you really love your current employer? Then stay. Having a good employer and co-workers is priceless.

@sammynq5 My rule is simple, if someone offer me more, I go there. I do not look back, doesn’t matter what current company counter offer is.
