Hello everyone I do not know if this is the righ community to post this but I wanted to ask help or advice sana.
So I invested money to this eloan handler (Ms. G) last month. Proven and tested na daw siya and ang nag reco sa akin is yung friend ko din na naka try na sa kaniya. However, Ms. G, also has another handler (Ms. L) under her at hindi ni remit ang buong pera sa kaniya last Nov. 30 kaya ayun ang mga investors na dapat ma remittan on that week hindi na remittan ni Ms. G kasi kulang funds nya. Me and the investors put a lot of trust kay Ms. G kasi never pa daw ito na happen na delay ang releasing ng money (base sa mga investors).
Ang explanation na binigay ni Ms. G sa amin is yung big loaner daw nila si Mr. C which is matagal na nag loan sa kanila at never palya at nagbabayad more than the interest pa din is client mismo ni Ms. L. So ngayon malaki daw inutabg ni Mr. C kay Ms. L kaya almost lahat binigay ni Ms. G dahil she trusts that mababayaran din naman daw. Yun nga na shock nalang si Ms. G na ang ni remit ni Ms. L, is hindi total amount sa inutang ng client nya na si Mr. C. Kaya ayun na ty lahat ng pera ng mga investors.
We do not know if kasabwat ba si Mr. C and Ms. L or si Ms. L talaga kagagawan ng lahat dahil hindi siya nagpaparamdan na kay Ms. G. Ms. G is still trying to solve these problems at pinupuntahan nya bahay ni Ms L pero wala daw siya.
Some of the investors wanted to take legal actions na dahil some of us invested huge amount of money (1m). But some of us ayaw kasi nga if mag lawyer up daw kami malaki chance hindi na talaga mababalik ang pera.
Although hindi naman gaano kalaki na invest ko still i earned it from hard work. So idk what to do. Gusto ko mag take ng legal action but the fees rin and tutol ang other investors.
