Health Insurance that covers hernia repair surgery for seniors

Hi! Does anyone know which health card/insurance can cover a hernia repair surgery for seniors? I know Philhealth provides a discount as well, but I'm just wondering if there are any health cards we can buy that has this benefit. Thank you so much po for your time.

@ms I'm sorry but HMO/Insurance is not charity. They will not cover something that is pre-existing or that you are currently in need of.

@ms There are still options for seniors but it will be very costly. PEC will be subject to assessment (e.g. Pacific Cross Select 50K to 100K+ annual premium). If already for surgery, there is a very low chance of getting approved. If for outpatient labs only, you can check Maxicare Prima Silver/Gold that covers PEC (9K to 17K annual premium)
