If its a competition between working from dawn to dusk, 5-6 days a week or going for a surf in the middle of the day, id pick the beach all day long...

@heyynnie It's called Serviceability a lot of people forget about that. Equity also means nothing if you cant service it. You don't earn enough...

So no max leverage for you and no property tycooning either.
