Halal Commercial Financing?

Aslam u Alaikum all! I’m trying to see options about getting a loan for buying a business. The business is not associated with real estate and is associated with a lease where the business is operated. UIF dosen’t do commercial loans without real estate and I can’t find anyone that does this type of halal financing or halal personal loans (need about a 350k)

Anyone have any thoughts where I can go? JazakAllah in advance for your help. If it’s not meant to be, it’s fine I won’t take on this opportunity but trying to see if there is a halal option that would work to help me buy this business!

@alkoneronchikom So you want to buy a business that doesn't own the building it operates in, correct?

@alkoneronchikom Ok. Just wanted to make sure because I didn't understand why you mentioned it's a lease. Anyway, I don't think there's any interest free loans especially for commercial purposes. You could try to raise money for an ownership stake (that way you don't lay interest) but then you don't fully own the business and you have partner/s which is not always the best idea in business.
