FLI corporate bonds (3.5 years, 6-7% pa gross)

Got an email from a bank offering Filinvest Land corporate bonds. Not quite familiar with how to invest and would like to seek opinions if this is worth the investment. I have enough savings and I'd like to keep them growing.

Actively investing in digital banks and uitfs as of the moment and would like to try investing using corporate bonds.
