Financial advice

I am 31M and my wife is 22F which is also 7 months pregnant. Currently live at my parents house and do not pay rent. Wife makes 30k and I make 60k before taxes. Wife will stop working in a couple of weeks. Because my brother has gotten married he will be taking the room I currently live in and I’ll have to move out. We have about 45-50k in savings and zero debt. Car is also paid off. A 1 bedroom apartment in Hamilton is about 1600-1700$ per month and my car insurance is 260$. Not sure how the future will look but I do not see myself saving enough to plan for a house purchase in the future. Any advice will be appreciated.

@sandra0003 Go rent but you need to work on making more, or moving further away from Toronto. Frugality will be your friend in the short and mid term.
