@shorty1234 Never really had to make a claim with any of the insurance companies, but here are my experiences. Generally it seems that your experience would greatly depend also on your insurance agent.
AXA -- agent(s) was met through Metrobank. Agents rotated in a couple of years time. Family had an investment in a MF which we cashed out, withdrawing the funds took around a week to be credited to the nominated Metrobank account.
Sunlife -- multiple agents, family friends and relatives. Also withdrew a MF investment. Only took around 3 days to complete. All processing was done by the agent. Our family friend was also able to request for a new check for a lapsed endowment check. Kudos to her since the policy wasn't under her account initially.
