DWI & GAP Insurance

I recently for a DWI, and totaled my car. My insurance totaled my car out . I have GAP insurance and after the payout from my insurance company there is roughly about 10,000 left on car. Will GAP insurance cover cost or will I be left to pay because of the DWI?

@disciple777 Generally When you drive Impaired you void your insurance. You will have to pay it. (At least that’s how it works in Canada)

@disciple777 U gotta read your gap insurance exclusions section and see what it says. If it doesn’t say anything about dwi or driving impaired you are good.
