Does State Farm usually take this long to come to an offer?

Ive gotten into an accident in March of ‘23 and it’s officially been over a year since the accident, the other driver already admitted fault and my dash cam video shows that he was to. After the doctors and all the other required medical visits; still in limbo about they are still “reviewing” and it’s been months. What do I do?

@walkingwithchrist Depends on how long it takes them to obtain your records from all your medical providers. I was a BI adjuster for another insurance company and 9/10 that’s the reason for the delay.

They did get all of the med. records about a week or two after finishing all of the chiropractic appointments. Now it’s been going on I think around at least 4 months since then

@walkingwithchrist Not sure how they are on auto, but I will say on home claims there is no worse carrier I’ve dealt with for home claims.
