Do I pass the U.S. Foreign Earned Income Exclusion's Physical Presence Test for the 2015 tax year?

I am a U.S. citizen and my wife is a dual-citizen of the U.S. and E.U. (Latvia), we moved to Europe this year and had our first full-day in a foreign country on May 15, 2015 and have not and will not return to the U.S. at any point prior to June 15, 2016. Assuming we file our taxes from abroad on June 15, 2016 (taking advantage of the automatic 2-month extension for international taxpayers) we will have been in a foreign country for more than 330 full days in the 12-month period between May 15, 2015 and May 15, 2016. Do we pass the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion’s Physical Presence Test for the 2015 tax year?
