Dad lost all money (~70L) in the stock market, seeking advice as a 22 y/o to make it all work

My sister had pitched in on my college education so I don't want to burden her with these loans. She is married and has her own expenses to manage. So don't want to drag her into this. I have a well paid job now so I will try my best to handle this alone.

don't fall for that savings account 7% intrest thing. because they only give 7% on amount above 5lac.

my advice would be to invest in banks which are safe under RBI where 5lac is secure.

never invest more than 5lac in any bank. and invest in those banks which give 8% return
