Conquered 1cr milestone today by investing in Mutual funds

Old contributor to this sub. Hustled hard for last 6 years and managed to reach this milestone just by savings from salary

This post is not to show off, but just to motivate that investing time in increasing your skills can grow your portfolio much faster than spending time earning extra 2-3% in investments.

@leras Congratulations. but the graph is a shitty logarithmic graph.instead of showing acceleration,it is showing deceleration

@leras On an average, saved/invested 1.1 lakh every month. Crazy.

Of course, salary will have increased significantly at the end of 6 years compared to first year. But, this is a clear indication of discipline in saving. Something I aspire to do this year.

@daylecranfield Chalu ho gaya hai TODAY, invested some amount in smallcase. Remaining amount ab MFs mein karunga, acche risky waale dhoondke.

@jamie2 Good. Also in one index fund UTI or HDFC probably. Then play with small cap active fund of your choice.
