[COLORADO] Employer Appealing UI Decision. Odds I Win?

Quick question for upcoming hearing with former employer. What are the odds they will win their appeal after I was already determined eligible for UI benefits? I had to quit for mental and physical health reasons as I wasn't safely able to do my job. The hearing isn't until April 2nd, and I would like some last minute advice/opinions before it happens. What should I say to ensure I keep my benefits? Anyone else been in the same situation? Thank you

@prudence21 if you have a documented trail where you and management tried to work out accommodations for your ills, you have a chance.

If you don't have a substantial paper trail, it is most likely you will lose.

@prudence21 You need to carefully read the packet for the hearing. The claims examiner ruled in your favor before, so you need to focus on whatever it is that they relied upon.

Quitting for mental and physical health problems will usually get you DQd in the beginning unless you show you tried to resolve any possible issue with your employer (FMLA, Accommodation, etc,).

Many claimants screw up because they argue themselves into disqualification.
