Cheap ways to exchange USD into USDT

Hi, I have about 100K USD from my savings in Philippines. I would like to know the cheapest way to exchange that into USDT or USDC, preferably 1:1.

The best crypto dealer I can find here in pH is 1 to 0.993

So 700 USD fees basically.

P2p dealers on Binance offer 1:1, but don't seem to accept Swift wire transfer.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

@godfirst1212 Suggestion, Find a credible crypto exchange that allows cash in by telegraphic transfer. Try small amounts first to see if it works.
