I’m going to work in BC for Five months. I will not be changing my primary residence. I’ll be staying at a friend’s place. Do I have to change my car insurance from Ontario to BC?

@mathew95 Typically you want to do 2 things when you're between provinces:
1) Check with the province you'll be in for how long you can be there for before changing your license/registration/insurance over, and if there's any exceptions/exemptions.
2) Check with your current insurer about how long your insurance is valid while out of province.
