Can I move cash into my S&S ISA before 5 April, and take it out afterwards, to take advantage of my remaining allowance?

@jakson90 Thank you, I wasn't aware of there being flexible vs. non-flexible ISAs. Had a quick look now and seems all Vanguard S&S ISA's (which I have) are flexible ISAs though: https://www.vanguardinvestor.co.uk/need-help/answer/is-the-vanguard-isa-a-flexible-isa

I will be maxing out my allowance next year too, as I expect to be able to save more as I got a raise at work, so do you think this is a viable strategy?

@pcippy Yep, that’s fair enough, just make sure on how long you’ll need for payments to clear either way so you don’t get late on your bills.
