Can I claim U.C or J.S.A while living in an EU country?

I moved to France 2 days before the imposition of the lockdown, currently scheduled until April 15 but, as we know, potentially longer.

I mainly work in the hospitality sector, so my hopes of finding a job as soon as I moved here evaporated. I have never worked in the country, I have no tax history here, although I am privately renting a property with my girlfriend, who is a French national.

On the gov website, it says that UK has benefits arrangements with EU countries, but I cant find any info on whether I should go through the UK system or the French system to make a claim. If I last paid tax in the UK, am I technically still a resident there and can claim at my family address? Do any of the arrangements I have in France annul my eligibility?
