@jesusmaryandjesusandjesus That's correct but if he qualifies for regular unemployment then he gets regular unemployment. He can't choose, unfortunately.
@paigerific87 It looks like that doesn’t include the extra 600$ per week. I also read something g that said they would adjust the original weekly amount up once they can verify your income.
@thomasking88 You see it when you look at the claim history. The payments for each week has the 600 added to it. It just doesn't show on the balance or main page.
@thomasking88 It doesn't show any where. Any payments starting the week of 04/05 gets you $600 additional every week. Untill the last pay week in July.
@asus3408 Mine was stuck on “pending” for three weeks before it cleared. Im sure their even busier now than when i applied so it could take even longer
@jesusmaryandjesusandjesus In the pua faq, it said people on ui can be back payed the 600 from the feds back to either day of last worked or when it first was paid which is the week of March 29th. He may need to call in to get that though. I wish they at least matched the benefits to pua.
@alic84 That's PEUC. PUA back dates all the way to 02/2020... I think that's why they wanna pay PUA claims before PEUC. So they can pay the lower weekly amount from PUA
@jesusmaryandjesusandjesus No, they want to pay for UI first, that is why he got UI instead of PUA. In this case for PUA, he would have gotten at least the base amount of 167 with is more than what UI gave him her.
Also, with regular UI, it says you can call to backdate the effective claim date here and here.
