@beftev Stash money, open IBKR account and put 15k each month on it buying only etfs.
You should have a mill in 5 years with compound returns
Proceed further to become very rich and live of your 4% of the capital if you lose a job.
Why do you need real estate to hedge?

@beftev Just make sure you can leave the country if you're Polish citizen. Otherwise having a summerhouse won't make much of a difference.

@jdub91 Because if war starts on Polish territory, the government will prevent men from leaving the country. Speaking from my experience.
