Bug while switching PFM's in NPS

Hello guys. I am an NPS Tier-1 subscriber via the NSDL Protean portal. I want to switch my PFM and make it look like the following:

(1) ICICI Prudential Fund Manager for Equity - 50% (E)

(2) HDFC Pension Mgt. PFM for Corporate - 30% (C)

(3) LIC Pension Fund PFM for Government Securities - 20% (G)

When I am trying to do this via the NSDL Portal, I am facing a bug as shown:

I am only able to change the PFM name. The scheme name and percentage contribution columns are un-editable and I am unable to add another PFM in this section. Anyone has faced this issue, or knows a solution for this?

@eidels Have you tried the App? I did it last year and it worked fine for me.

@luthepisc Yes. The ios app has the same bug as well .
