I am soon 25. My plan before 25 was to break the ice of investing. Plan to get married next year.
All my family (non-EU) members have their own buy/create-sell business and the money goes into business or mortgage.
I am the one with 9-5 job.
I can save about 1000-1300€ monthly (probably 2000€/m in next years).
Mortgage is not a option for now as I work in EU, and not sure where to settle.
I could move to UK or USA for 2-5 years to boost my income.
For last 2 months was interested all in dividend strategy. But now not sure.
1. Should I pick an all dividend accumulate ETF? Or S&P500?

I also plan 5% in crypto and and 15% in individual stocks.
  1. Can I do 40% dividend ETF? And 40% world ETF without much collision? What are the options?
  2. In 5-7 years when I plan to buy appartment/house should I sell all/part or my portfolio? Or should I stop investing and pay faster a mortgage?
  3. Are any issues with investing (IBKR) if I plan to move in next 10 years: EU > UK/USA > UE > non-EU?
  4. What your experience in investing in family business? Should I consider it in short term and move to long term ETF?
