Been a customer of OFX for over 5 years and never had issues. But last 3-4 months started noticing abnormal behavior - delayed transfers, constant request for KYC and recently it got very bad that i now have over $10k stuck in their system and i lost hope of ever seeing it again.
Went to Trustpilot to complain and saw similar complaints from many people in the last 1-2 months.
So please be very careful if you are using OFX and if the transfer is critical/important then try to use alternative methods.
