@indychaser Yeah, somehow it's harder to make a bad sweet wine. A lot of the Moscatos are lower alcohol content too, which is a good thing or a bad thing depending on your viewpoint.
 
@brihaha We quite enjoy Babydoll. It's cheap and cheery. I wouldn't say it has complex flavour but the flavour it does have is quite punchy.

Yalumba Y Series Cab Sav - big dry red
Stoneleigh Sav Bl - a sav blanc
Main Divide Pinot Noir - Pinot isn't cheap, this is the goodest cheapest one.
 
@max2800 Ohhh a Shiraz Viognier, I would never choose this because they’re both such bold varieties (and i prefer syrah) but definitely will branch out and try your suggestion.

Haha my mum drinks Stoneleigh Sav.. its actually pretty good i agree. She pairs it with a ciggie:)
