@inutah My life got significantly less complicated when I sold my IP. I was my own property manager through Cubbi, but all the maintenance items, body corporate meetings, open for inspections, etc, were a huge pain in the ass.

Vanguard is a far easier way to generate wealth.

@inutah I have one IP and rented it since 2019. Tenants have changed like 4 or 5 times and never had any issues. I think it comes down to what type of people you're renting. Usually, the real estate agents will do thorough research on the tenants and they also provide recommendations.
