Bc landlord trying to increase rent by 15 percent! Help!

@resjudicata I own dumbass. I’m even a landlord - I’m a lot smarter than the fucking idiots you associate with and so I’ve always been profitable, even following every single law, only charging 11/12 months a year and renting out way below market rates.

@resjudicata Lol. So what now people sign lease agreements just to kick people out of there house to give it to the highest bidder? The issue is we signed a lease is the allowable rent raise increase is 2 percent for 2023. Even if they did kick us out and give it to somebody else, I just found out they would have to compensate us 12x 1 months rent according to the RTB of bc.
