[auto] [motorcycle] [NS] Does a motorcycle claim affect auto insurance premiums?

My husband (61) had a claim for a motorcycle accident 6 months ago. It was a single vehicle accident due to time of day (dawn) and road conditions. Will this cause his auto premiums to go up when his policy renews? The motorcycle and light truck were insured through different companies.

@avocadoll It may depend on the insurer, but typically no. When I match an Autoplus report (which is the report that details claims history and details) it tells me what type of vehicle it was and the system records that but shouldn't impact the rates if it's not for the same vehicle type.
