Auto insurance must pay?

So I was in a accident someone slammed into the back of my truck. So adjuster came out and said I had about $18k in damages but truck was still valued very high. So from there truck was sent to body shop and after further inspection truck ended up being a total loss
So I ended up retaining the truck, but when I went to pick it u body shop said there was a bill due for $800 for tear down labor. So question is who pays the year down inspections fee

@randomparishioner If these are fees the insurance company would pay whether you retain or not, then the insurance company should pay them. Can’t say that’s what all companies or adjusters do. Depending on your state the taxes and registration fee may not get paid.
