[ARIZONA] Account says it’s in review, past 9 weeks are all in progress. Will the review happen?

I can’t find the Arizona number, but I’ve been trying to be patient. Running out of funding now, so I can’t really be too patient. I’m still looking for work, so I don’t know why my account would be in review all the sudden. It just told me that this time when I filed though.

I’m on PUA, haven’t made enough to be on regular UI.

Edit:

I was told to send a selfie with my license, and upload it to PUA. Somehow I missed that when it asked for front and back, we needed to do this too.
If anyone else is frozen, check that you did this too, maybe? I’ll update tomorrow to say if it fixed the issue

@mistertumnus Its cuz they flagged tens of thousands of our claims as possible fraud, so they could make us jump through all these hoops to prove we are who we say we are. Try this number at 0659 on the dot if you actually wanna get through. You've been waiting long enough for them to expedite yours. I been in same boat. Good luck!

@cynical Were you in progress with one open issue as well? I going on 10 weeks of inn progress. Never had issue since May. Everything was uploaded and PUA rep confirms my case is legitimate.

@bluebutterfly21 Yup. From end of April to mid october no issue. Then when I file it says in progress. Still nuthin.

@mistertumnus 19 weeks here. I get that there's fraud but this is a weird way to go about it. It's like the equivalent of a retail store strip searching half of it's customers because of shoplifters.

@bluebutterfly21 So, the initial payments took a bit while they rolled out PUA. I got my initial check in the mail they sent out. Then some website bug caused my account to get screwy and I had to wait for an adjudicator for some weeks (Can't remember exactly anymore.)

I get paid for a few weeks then another issue with the website made me have to wait for another adjudicator. Eventually started getting paid for a while with no problem.

Then, at the end of July, they started flagging accounts at random to wait for an adjudicator and I was one of the lucky ones again.

I've called multiple times a month, I've uploaded everything they've asked for and more. I've done the ID. ME thing, and still nothing.

@scotty2014 Holy crap, i know you didn't mean to do this but I feel like my son's xmas was just ruined. If you've been in progress for 19 weeks and am going on 10.. wow no way this will get fixed for my family. They're just has to be something we can do.
