Any good Value ETFs that don't just use P/E or P/B?

Growth stocks have had a pretty incredible run, specifically a small handful. I'd like to essentially rebalance, and counter balance the tech growth bias in my portfolio, including in generic index funds. I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions for ETFs that use a more complex formula for screening companies than just P/E or P/B ratio, like VTV. It seems that that approach would include a lot of terrible companies that deserve a low P/E that aren't actually a good value play.

@dragon EBIT / EV - QVAL and IVAL, DEEP

Shareholder Yield (Dividends + Buybacks + Debt repayment / Price) - SYLD, FYLD and EYLD

P/B + Gross Profitability + Momentum and Investment screens - AVUV, AVDV, AVLV, AVIV, AVES

Free cashflow / EV - COWZ, CALF, GCOW and ICOW

@dragon MOAT

Tracks the morning star wide moat index. Where Morningstar researchers determine a company fair value price and compared to its current market price. As well as looking at other valuation ratios as well.

Since inception it has outperformed the SP500.
