Any experience with appealing Wise?

Wise banking which we used for 6 years with zero issues, out of nowhere decided that one of my businesses - video game services, is not allowed per their T.o.S, and has closed all my accounts with all my savings and available money. Not just one business, but all my 5 different small businesses that were related to me in just 1 hour because they were managed from a single account. Only one of these was related to video games. The other services are related to website development.

So right now I am locked out of all my money and need to buy food, pay rent and my workers within 2 weeks.

Any tips on appealing this? It's most likely that the appeal count is limited to one.

@nordicfrost Have they told you how you are going to get your money back? You will probably need to open new accounts for each business somewhere in order to receive the money back?

I have heard similar horror stories so I empathise with your situation. Complete nightmare.

@resjudicata No, I have the appeal view in front of me right now. I can't even log into the account for tax documents.

I have no clue. It's at the worst possible time for me as well.

@nordicfrost Also, why is there an issue with computer games as a business? Is it to do with in app purchase by kids and parents then doing charge backs?

@resjudicata No clue, really. Stripe and Paypal don't have issues with my business.
