I accidentally reversed into someone’s car today with my mustang. i pay for full coverage state farm insurance. how much will this cost me? the other car had no damage other than a slight scratch it was a jeep.

@sparks117 the damages you caused to the other vehicle will be covered up to your “property damage liability” limit on your policy. no money out of pocket

the damages to your own vehicle will be covered under your collision coverage. you’ll have to pay your deductible but the repairs will be covered

it’s likely your rates will increase going forward since this will most likely be an at-fault accident but we have no way of estimating that increase. just look for your renewal
