A-to-Z claim was withdrawn by Amazon dishonest work. I don't know what to do

I filed an A-to-Z claim with Amazon.ca on April 15th, 2024 I was honest the whole process, and during the order time as well. I had a delivery issue. Amazon withdrew the A-to-Z claim by lying to me again and again saying I did not respoond to Amazon's emails when I did the next day or within 48 hours.

Amazon A-to-Z sent me many emails. Last email is on May 20th, I replied back on May 21st. It shows on my Amazon account on the order page too that I repled on May 21st.

On May 23rd, Amazon sent me this email.

Hello,

We have withdrawn your claim on the order 702-7692977-4641825 because you did not respond to our request for additional information within 3 days.

If you would like to re-open your case, you have 30 days to provide the requested information to us by using the link provided in this message. If you cannot find our previous email requesting this information, please check your spam folder.

How can I check the status of my claim?
