A. Does section 8 work for mortgage and not just rent? B. And if so, if it’s mortgage do they help you way less simply just because it’s mortgage?

(For people able to read more than two words, who don’t come here with demands while crapping on people they’re asking for answers, the program you’d be interested here is “Section 8 homeownership program.” Not all states offer it, not all programs within states that offer it have it, but those that do allow you to convert your section 8 voucher from a rental voucher to put towards payment of a mortgage. Here’s an article from Business Insider last year about it; this article also has more than two words.)
