@loo Option B for the win. It's a no brainer compared to the other options because the other options contain way too much risk, they are not worth it. Option C, apartments have stuff all capital growth because they lack land content. Option A, ETFs are too risky and overpriced in a bubble market. You could lose 30% in one month like in March 2020 or lose 60% over a longer period like the GFC with ETFs. Option B would never hurt you like the other options could.
 
@loo Has the block got any common property.
If the block is well located you may find in years to come ( when they change from 100% to 75% for Owners Corporation voting) that there is considerable appreciation on the land.
The older style apartment blocks with common property will be very lucrative as against apartments built using the entire block
 
@loo Atm let’s say a developer came and offered a significant amount overs to buy the whole block.
You need unanimous resolution
However the law will change to provide you only need 75% majority as in NSW.
That common property is valuable and the more the merrier
