@omowunmi I can’t imagine that would have any material effect on the price of any ETF, because all that anyone should want to pay for an ETF is the net asset value, and the NAV of VEQT is largely driven by foreign stocks, the market for which is by and large not Canadians. I’d be interested to hear if anyone has thoughts or proof to the contrary.
Most Canadians don't even max TFSA ever. But at most its 7k * 30M =210 billion. Realistically probably less than half that (minors, seniors, etc). TSX market cap alone is 3 trillion. S&p 500 is 40 trillion.
