1095 B never received

I had health insurance through the state (Massachusetts) in 2021. I never got a 1095 b and I didn’t file my taxes until til last year (yes that’s bad I know). I got charged $300 from MA for not having insurance that year. My tax person said that if I can get the form I can get refunded that money. I can’t get MA to send me a new one because they say they request it but it never comes. What are my options? Can I fill in my own 1095B?

@morninglight11 Does your state have an online portal? Letters and notices are usually posted there

@mendokusai It will only show the most recent year.

@morninglight11 I thought you could call the IRS and ask them to read the lines to you. You may want to post this in r/tax.
