@sally16 English isn't basically spoken by everyone in Cyprus. Most people in Greece - at least the ones a foreigner who can't be bothered to learn the local language will meet - can speak English.
@englishmuffin My partner is a Hungarian tax resident and I'm trying to encourage her to consider opening a TBSZ because of the tax benefits. But, does this not mean that you will have 5 separate ETF accounts if you open one TBSZ each year?
@sofiahh It's not against the law for IBKR to offer EXUS only with an English KID because when you sign up to IBKR, you agree to use English KIIDs. It's perfectly legal.
You don't need your local broker, you can use other brokers.
@sofiahh You can buy EXUS on IBKR with an English KIID, whichever country you are in (I bought it today, despite my country having the same language rule).
