@susan001 So just remember the bank uses a spot rate..... What does this mean. They have a value of the current rate it is, but they convert at a rate a few pips better for them giving them a spread. Essentially you would do the same when moving currency, which means this compared to shelving...

@pergamum Same, compared to other rewards it is the most decent, African bank used to have better, but they changed to the whole points system as well.

@patt I would adjust things, but it depends on your roles, and a few questions. 1 you are talking about rent, however owning if you can hack it might be more profitable (slightly more risky) in the long term - consider a hybrid situation if you can figure it eg, a house with a cottage or 2...
