    @morrismc You’re either renting from a landlord or renting from the bank. Might as well have an opportunity for some equity by renting from the bank

    @miekka Work on paying down your student loan and building savings. $67K is a lot to tackle, but chip away at it must faster than you are now. Try for $1K per month. Even then, it'll be at least 6 years until it's paid off. Get your work to pay for the monthly subscriptions that are work...
