    @chromosome16 They generally inspect rental returns in more detail in places outside the Americas But don't need to buy high priced insurance from rental agencies, just read your cc coverage, it's not even hard to understand I rented a MB c class estate from sixt in Portugal, didn't catch...

    @looploop Or get extra job because it's so much easier with wfh/hybrid. I know of a few people who have two jobs because they can with wfh/hybrid and their employers don't know. Also some people are just bored and do gig work. Like my friend who does UE sometimes in his M3 because he's bored...

    @sa_m How can this possibly be really bad or even bad? Unemployment rate is still stuck near historic low of 5% and not budging while wages continue to increase more than inflation Unless you mean bad for inflation because of high wage growth and low unemployment still?

    @sa_m Yup, lots of people I know moved to part time during/after pandemic because they make way more money than a FT gig and love the flexibility of working when they want I'm working with a couple of consultants who quit from their FT gig and are working PT now to have more time for family...
