Should my house be insured as a 2 or 3 bedroom?
I am getting insurance for a home I am closing on. On the MLS the home is billed as a 2 bedroom; there is a bonus room that can be used as an office, storage or extra bedroom. Should I be getting this insured as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom?
