@resjudicata I learnt this lesson when I had to withdraw money for a big upcoming expense. After submitting all the documents clearly I was told that the cheque leaf does not have my name. My name is printed clearly in bold in the bottom right hand side of the cheque. After raising another...

Qualcomm to invest Rs 730 crore in Jio Platforms for a 0.15% stake. JIO Platforms bull run continues with 12 investement in less than 2 months

@firerangertom Ah ok. The catch here is that the best and brightest take the glamorous and prestigious opportunities. I am not sure Indian investments in Emerging markets bucket are interesting. P Chidambaram: Franklin Templeton’s decision you wind up 6 mutual funds is a matter of grave concern to investors and the industry

@crixus123 Maybe I am out of context, apologies beforehand. Why aren't foreigners buying our debt? Currently we have news that the Chinese are looking out for bargains. Isn't our debt at least attractive than some of the other countries? Won't this provide liquidity in our bond market?

Qualcomm to invest Rs 730 crore in Jio Platforms for a 0.15% stake. JIO Platforms bull run continues with 12 investement in less than 2 months

@cjs17 Whatever support they have is standard support and lobbying which you can expect from the industrial big wigs like Tata, Birla or Reliance. What people are talking about here is outright support which I don't think will happen. Also Mukesh Ambani is 63 years old. I don't believe his...

Qualcomm to invest Rs 730 crore in Jio Platforms for a 0.15% stake. JIO Platforms bull run continues with 12 investement in less than 2 months

@calielizabeth89 That is very short term thinking. Do you really think our politicians are a united lot and will rally behind Modi? Also how long do you think Modi will stay in power? Another 5 years? What next? Say whatever he is trying to build will take quite a lot of time say around 4-5...

This industry has started...
