    @blakebaka Nobody fed anybody anything. Reputations matter at a certain point. Up to you how you treat yours. My approach has made me very successful. You follow yours. Edit I am referring to professional roles.

    @allenschwartzmd It’s bad form to go through the recruitment process to get to an offer stage to just use it as leverage. Once I start interviewing it’s because my current employer has demonstrated they don’t value me enough to retain me willingly.
