@davidabear This is the best advice. In the meantime, ask your superiors on feedback from your interview. Say you want to know where you need to improve for future opportunities. Then use what they tell you for your current company but also to prepare you for if you land interviews elsewhere...

@doomicross Was it a bursary or a loan? It it was a legitimate bursary you shouldn't have to pay back hard cash. Possibly work for the company for a few years. What were the terms of them paying for your studies?
