    Neighbors tree fell on my fence

    @att As the tree belongs to the landlord, not the renters, I would think that’s who you need to take it up with? In the end it might be easier to just repair the fence?

    @underdog_crusader i’m so sorry this happened to you AND your son! It is terribly unfair. I am really hoping someone with some expertise will share with you any possible recourse you have. Hope lufecturns around soon!!
