@jeberle Makes sense, LA has the “no play no pay” statue as you’re probably aware now. If you don’t carry liability, the at fault carrier would not pay you per state law. There’s a lot of information in your post that doesn’t make sense, there’s a lot of moving parts and it’s very possible...
